We offer onsite service for PC and Apple products including servers and other business machines.

After Sale Support

We also offer after sale support for all of our customers on products purchased from Campbell’s Computer LTD via phone email or remotely over the web.

In House Touch Systems Authorized Warranty Service Provider

Campbell's Computer LTD is proud to offer an in house warraty repair center for Touch Systems Computer products no need to ship your computer out of town it can all be handled in house with no charge to the customer.

In House Apple Authorized Warranty Service Provider

Campbell's Computer LTD is proud to offer an in house warranty repair center for Apple Computer products, no need to ship your computer out of town or take the 5 hour drive south to Edmonton to get your Apple Computer warranty work completed! please be aware a diagnostic deposit will be take on all machine warranty or not, upon completing the work and if it was covered under warranty your deposit will be returned to you (only if the repair process was completed start to finish).

Structured Cabling

Campbell's Computer LTD is proud to announce that we now offer structured cabling services. Structured Cabling Services include, but are not limited to Network design, Installation and certification.

Pricing and Shop Sign in Procedure

All in store repairs are done on a first come first serve basis, onsite service must be booked in advance either by email or phone. Priority service is available for an increased rate (machines purchased from Campbell’s Computer LTD receive priority service with no extra charge). Peripheral installations are done same day normally within 1 to 2 hours to ensure same day installation, machines must be dropped off before 4pm to have same day installation completed. The minimum shop charge is $69.99 for the diagnostics which is taken up front before any work is started in or out of warranty, we structure our billing as per service not hourly we only bill using the hourly rate for items that don’t fall into the normal day to day categories for example a diagnostics is always $69.99 no matter how long it takes but if someone wanted us to build a computer from parts they have provided we would use the hourly rate if you have any questions or concerns please call or email us at service@campbellscomputer.ca
